FAQs

Why don't I feel anything?
The pads must touch bare skin. Move hair out of the way and slightly moisten the pads for better contact.

How long should I use it?
About 15 minutes per session, up to a few times a day.

Who should not use it?
Do not use Pulsa if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, heart disease, or are pregnant. Do not place it on the front of the neck, on broken skin, or while driving or sleeping. If you have a neck injury or any medical condition, check with your doctor first.
