1. Soften the mouthpiece in hot (not boiling) water for the time shown in the instructions.
2. Bite gently to mold it to your teeth, with your lower jaw slightly forward.
3. Cool it in cold water to set the shape. It's ready for tonight.

FAQs

Will it feel strange at first?
Most people need a few nights to get used to it. Some jaw tenderness in the morning is normal at first and usually passes quickly.

How do I clean it?
Rinse it with cool water every morning, brush it gently and store it in its case. Avoid hot water after fitting, as it can change the shape.

Who should not use it?
Not suitable for people with loose teeth, dentures, braces, gum disease or jaw joint (TMJ) problems. Loud snoring with pauses in breathing or choking sounds can be a sign of sleep apnea: please see a doctor.
